Sourcing
We partner directly with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe and Sidama regions, as well as select farms in Kenya and Colombia. Every relationship is built on transparency, fair pay, and shared passion for exceptional coffee.

Roasting
Our roasting philosophy is simple: bring out the best the bean already has. We roast in small batches on our Probat drum roaster, dialing in each profile to highlight the unique terroir of every origin. No shortcuts, no compromises.

03 — Quality at Every Step
Cupping
Before any bag leaves our roastery, we cup every roast. Our Q-grader certified team evaluates aroma, body, acidity, and flavor. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go in the bag. That's our promise to you.
