About this coffee

Sidama gives us the structure of a washed coffee with a little more sweetness and body than Yirgacheffe. It is the coffee we hand people who want brightness without sharpness. Roasted slightly further to build sugar, it is forgiving across brew methods and holds up well with a splash of milk.
