About this coffee

Yirgacheffe is where most people first understand what Ethiopian coffee can do. Careful washing and slow drying keep the florals intact, giving a cup that reads like jasmine tea with citrus sweetness underneath. We roast it light to protect aromatics, and it stays legible whether you brew it as pour over or drip.
